Refund policy
You can return any item purchased on Nikitko.de within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted and returned to you back.
To request a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below:
- For a simple return, write us an email and enter the order number.
- Make sure that all products you wish to return, as well as any products tags, authenticity labels or cards, are in the package.
- Put the items that you want to return or exchange in a box, preferably the original one, and make sure that it is properly sealed.
- Contact DHL or take the package to the next DHL point. You should keep track of the shipment of your package using the package tracking number. You can find the number on the return label in your package.
- Once we have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.
It may take up to 5 business days for your return to be processed by our warehouse. You will receive the refund to the credit or debit card or account you used to make the payment. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
