You can pick up your order in our Showroom in Stuttgart.

After making an order on NIKITKO you will receive an email confirmation within a several
minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking
number so that you can track delivery of your parcel.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us customercare@nikitko.com
as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with
a tracking number. Orders are shipped with DHL, DPD or UPS. You can also track your

package by entering your tracking number directly at the shipping service's website.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to
track your order. You should have your order within 7 business days from placing the
order.

The delivery time depending on the country where parcel will be shipped.

If you are interested in a different size, please contact us

on customercare@nikitko.com to check the product availability. If this item is in our
warehouse we will hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to
the address from your original order. Please note that exchanges for a different style or
color are not possible.
